Chili's Grill & Bar

I recently dined at Chili's Grill & Bar and unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. I ordered the Surf & Turf. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium as requested, but it had absolutely no flavor. It was bland, and even the butter on top tasted like straight grease instead of adding any richness. The shrimp were not charred as advertised — they tasted boiled and lacked seasoning. In fact, nothing on the plate seemed to have salt. The broccoli ended up having the most flavor out of everything, and even that was very minimal. The loaded mashed potatoes had a strange, almost artificial taste that was hard to ignore. For my appetizer, the chips broke apart so easily that I was left with more crumbs than actual chips. The highlight of the meal was the Flamingo Freeze cocktail

This location was definitely the spot today. Despite being super busy, we were checked on frequently by our server and a couple other employees. The teamwork is strong here. The loaded baked potato soup was top tier as always. If I were on death row, the loaded baked potato soup would be my last meal. If I die drowning in this soup, I would die happy. I also had a medium rare 6 oz sirloin steak. It was cooked to perfection. The perfect amount of salt. Compliments to the chef. Edit: our server's name was Dee. You were awesome, king.

My server Jay was amazing. He definitely did not miss a beat he made sure that he kept checking on us at our table and he got our order correct with everything I wish that it was more people like him this is the kind of service that I haven’t received in a long time before a COVID-19

Bloody Awesome experience today. Came in and was seated right away. Restaurant was packed but the waiters had everyone covered. Food was incredible,from the white cheese mack and cheese to their Ribs.

excellent service today with Ash. Food was good. started off with some either old or oil soaked chips with chips and salsa, but a fresh basket was brought out and all was saved. The new QP burger was seasoned well. i hope it stays on the menu. We did not order it, but many around us ordered the Summer Sprtiz Margaritta $6. the dragonfruit flavor added to the drinks was delicious Thanks for a great lunch hiram chili's staff.
