Chili's Grill & Bar

This was planned for a long time. It was my daughters birthday. There was no celebration or desert for her like most places. The food was great, except I didn't know the miny burgers had bacon pieces on them.. The cheese stick are like cheese squares ⬛️.. but excellent flavor. The bathrooms are clean, the restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking. Busy and a bit chaotic, but organized chaos overall. I paid with the kick at the bar.. i woke up the next day only to find it charged me twice. But when I talked to a manager he was willing to fix it if the charges went through after pending. The next day it was gone. Oh yeah not having prices on the drink menu is very aggravating 😒. But I will be back anyway ☺️

Our server Tee was so awesome. She stayed after her shift to take our table!! She went above and beyond to make sure the food was hot and we felt well taken care of! Promote or give her a raise ASAP!!

Tee made our whole visit unforgettable with how genuinely amazing she was as a waitress. From the moment she came to our table, she was warm, friendly, and attentive in a way that made us feel welcomed instead of rushed. She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and checked on us at just the right times without ever being intrusive. Our drinks were always full, our food came out exactly how we asked, and everything ran smoothly because she was so on top of it. It’s rare to find someone who clearly cares about giving great service, but Tee absolutely did, and she turned a regular meal into a really great experience.

Tee was an AMAZING server. She was so friendly and provided fast, friendly customer service. From the second we were seated to the time we left she was so friendly. A perfect example of what a server (and a just a person) should be and so much more! The food was really good too. Chicken enchilada soup was excellent as well as the Smashburger. Thanks Tee!!

Ordered a ribeye but got the toughest piece I’ve ever encountered. Thought it could be New York strip but nope it ain’t that either. Tough as leather and they have the audacity to not answer their phones.
