I’ve been to this Chilis locations a few times now, and this is my favorite out of all in the area. You’re most likely to get the waitress Mina during lunchtime, who is absolutely phenomenal and she’s the reason I came back with my family Sunday night, (she told me to!) she gave us a great experience after a stressful family event and I hope corporate receives this feedback ! Service team and management were on point , i was shocked at a few of the past reviews of this location but that must’ve been long gone crew members, these guys were on it ! Delicious hot food, great drinks, better service, thank you and I will be back!

Went to have lunch here yesterday and left disappointed. I did not get my waiters name - only that he was Asian and I believe he had glasses. The catch phrase of the afternoon was “sorry about that”. I counted him saying that about 15 times between my table and the table behind us due to all the mistakes that were made. I ordered the surf n turf and for the sides said brócoli and mushroom. And for the steak to come out medium well - some pink. My fiancé asked for no jalapeños on his food. We noted unusually longer wait times and it wasn’t that full. When he brought our plates mine had mashed potatoes and his had jalapeños. It was a while before I could get his attention. He later brought brócoli. I was in for lunch on Saturday 2-21-2026 at about 2:30pm with a friend. Over the next several hours my stomach was feeling painful and cramping. By 11PM I was awaken from my sleep with projectile vomiting spewing all over my bedroom as I attempted to make it to my bathroom toilet. This continued to happen about 5 more times over the next 12 hours, also accompanied by uncontrollable diarrhea. I talked with my friend who I had dined with and he has experienced the same thing. It has been 36 plus hours and my only relief is the few hours of sleep I’ve had been bathroom visits. Please take note of this and revisit your sanitation/safe food handling practices. The food was great and the atmosphere was very welcoming. My server Mina was very attentive to all my needs. Will definitely become a regular of hers. And the manager on duty Emma was amazing. Super friendly and bubbly personality. Will be returning again very soon

I took my son there for lunch and overall it was an excellent experience. Our server was Javier - he was awesome! Great at helping us out with our menu questions, and making sure everything was taken care of during our meal. The food was hot and fresh, we tried the new honey chipotle mozzarella sticks and they were really good. It was nice to see some different flavors and options on the menu.
