Chili's Grill & Bar

This is our favorite Chili's location!! We always sit at the bar, John seems to always be there working and making drinks and customers happy. He's so efficient at his job and keep things moving plus has conversations with his patrons. Highly recommend going to see him and enjoy a great meal. I ordered the salmon for the 1st time after asking John what he thought about it, he said it's great actually and he was right. So 😋 good and I would get it again. My husband always enjoys the Margarita grilled chicken it's his favorite dish. Don't forget to sign up for rewards and get the free chips and salsa, chilis homemade chips are always my favorite. Wow! Thats the only word to describe how my visit was today at Chili's in white oak shopping center. Today is my daughter's 13th birthday and I took her shopping at the mall. She decided against food court lunch and begged for Chili's. I reluctantly said yes because we already had plans to go to another restaurant tonight. She agreed to go a split an appetizer with a friend. We were seated quickly, greeted quickly, everything was appropriately paced. I mentioned to our server, McKayla, we were here per my daughters request since it was her birthday. When I say everything was hot/warm, perfectly made (including my margarita) the kitchen staff did phenomenal. I got the new trip dip and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of guacamole they gave and it was VERY fresh!! Look at this c

The establishment boasts an exceptional team of staff members who are both efficient and compassionate. The food consistently delivers an exceptional and delectable experience. The store exudes a sense of cleanliness and organization. I am perplexed as to why this particular establishment has received a rating of 3.9 stars.

I ordered bacon chicken nachos entrée and received a noticeably lesser amount of chicken than what a 6 oz chicken breast would yield. I was told by the server that 6 oz is what is supposed to come with the nachos. When I brought this to the manager’s (Daniel) attention, he was very nonchalant and unhelpful. He made absolutely no effort whatsoever to address or correct the issue. I ended up just sending the entire plate back and got it removed from my bill. The lack of concern and professionalism was highly disappointing and I will not be returning to this chili’s. I’d rather go to TGI Fridays before returning here to be disrespected like that.

Loved our experience at Chili’s. The food was great and we had no wait time even though they were slammed. The staff handled everything like champs. Our server, Justin, was awesome, kept our drinks full, kept the chips and salsa coming, and even offered a fresh set to go. The general manager, Kimberly, also stopped by and we told her how much we enjoyed everything. This is the best run Chili’s I’ve been to. Very clean, well kept, delicious food, and good pricing. We’ve visited multiple times before and will definitely be back again soon.
