Your average Chili's... hostess seemed either nervous or new but eventually got the orders right, lol. Food was good, prices are what one would expect to pay, average restaurant atmosphere.
First impression of this chilis was not the best. The host sat us at a visibly dirty table. The ziosk was on its side in the middle of the table to let the workers know it’s dirty but she still sat us there ( I know this because I work in a restaurant). Our server kindly wiped it down for us while we were sitting. The chips we got were extremely greasy that they shined in the light. We got the fajita for two with chicken and steak and the steak was very chewy and hard to eat but overall was alright. We then got a molten and my friend found a seed in it mid bite that was not from our previous food. My server was very nice but the whole experience wasn’t the best.
Warmly greeted upon arrival, I was quickly seated with menu in hand and drink on the way. Turn around from order to deliver was quick, opting for the ranch nacho platter. Server was also watchful to top up my drink without hesitation. Great service and vibe. Would recommend and visit again.
I hadn’t been to chillis in over a decade and was feeling nostalgic. Was pleasantly surprised! I got fajitas, and my partner got a burger, which we found no fault in. Drinks were watered down. Also, much more expensive than I expected, but I guess everything is expensive!
Walked in and sat at the bar the 2 hostess said it was ok….I still was ignored for 10 whole minutes! It literally wasn’t until I started looking around annoyed that one of the bartenders told the other to take me. AFTER he himself continued to serve the couple sitting literally right next to me with one empty chair separating us… I just wanted a drink while my teens were out at the mall with friends I ordered a loaded fry and a simple drink! the fries came out very old I’ve worked in the restaurant industry 10 years and counting the fries were made fast as an appetizer should be but then it clearly sat in the window for pick up until they were dead! And still they served them to me! Overall terrible experience for something so simple but due to me being in the industry I still left a tip
