Best Chili’s around great staff always friendly and helpful! Food always hot and to order! Scott and his management staff will always make sure you are taken care of!

Very confusing to pick up. Boneless wing order. 6 were boneless. 6 were legit bottom of the bag chicken nuggets.. smaller than the little ranch containers they serve them with!! You can not care about your customers if you’re willing to let them eat this for the price of food going out!!

This was the worse Chilis I've been to by far. I really dislike leaving bad reviews but can't help it with this one. We went to lunch around 2 on a Saturday and it was not busy. It took almost 30 mins for our food to be served. My burger was burned so bad that it was hard as a rock. The waitress was very nice, but a terrible waitress. She never once checked in on us until she was ready to give us our check. I got up and grabbed our straws and utensils myself because we were never given any. Daughter asked for a to go box twice and ended up getting one herself from the to go area. Also noticed areas that were unclean and dusty. Will not be returning to the East Ridge location

Jennifer the GM is amazing. She has put together one of the best restaurants I have seen. I am a chef and have never seen a restaurant ran this well. Food is amazing, the service is incredible and very clean. Keep it up!!! Will be back many times.

Okay so everything was really good , food wise. Service was absolutely great and our server was fantastic, she kept our drinks refilled and our food came out hot and quick. Only problem was we were right under the air and it was blowing straight on us (( we had a party of 14 )) and I asked if they could turn the air off or down and they did but turned it right back on . The host they had was extremely unhappy in my opinion and didn't really seem too nice . Overall it was still good. The bathroom had a baby changing station and most don't anymore and it was clean!!!
