Chili's Grill & Bar

My Hubby and I went out for date night and chose Chili's. It was my first time going. Got there about 6ish, and it was slammed packed. We thought there was gonna be a wait, but nope! We were met at the door with a warm greet and was sat immediately! Our waiter was amazing. Can't remember his name tho, but he took care of us! Our drinks never ran low! Ok... Now the food was AMAZING! I had the trio with the big mouth bites, honey chipotle motz sticks and chicken crispers in buffalo sauce! The motz sticks were DELICIOUS. It was my favorite and now my new crave! Hubby had the chicken crispers, brisket quesadillas and Texas cheese fries without bacon! Those were amazing as well! The whole night was laid back and delightful. Good food and service all around. We will definitely be back!

Waitress completely ruined the dinning experience. Ordered fajitas and took 15 minutes to get tortillas to eat the meat and toppings with. Manager took food off ticket but I didnt even eat it as it was not hot any more.

Well first off the server didn’t smile once and barely made interaction then the food got here and we found 3 hairs? WHAT flys everywhere and the seats were dirty but the food was good but I did have to inspect every piece of food I ate. When we asked her to take the chips and dip she walked off? And the bathrooms have a BIG gap for people to see you through the stall. That’s like not having privacy AT ALL! I don’t wanna go again

Food was delicious. Madison was a great server. Five stars except the a/c was a little cold and I want my food which was hot when served to stay hot as long as possible. We will be visiting again soon.

Very clean place, got seated right away. Server was very nice but was very slow. Always waited for refills of drinks and chips. Food was ok. My husband got chicken and it was very greasy. Multiple tables came and gone way before we got out our bill to pay. Unsure if we'll be back.
