Chili's Grill & Bar

Visited Chilli's this evening with family, and unfortunately did not have the best experience. While our food came out relatively quickly, the service was average at best. Our servers had forgotten sauces, we were not offered refills, and we had to ask multiple times for Togo boxes and our receipt. I am usually very understanding of those in the service industry having worked in food myself. However with how slow it was for Monday night there was little excuse as to why the service was poor. Additionally, there was members of the staff congregating around other customers tables standing and eating which was awkward as well unprofessional to say the least. As much as I enjoy the food, I was underwhelmed with the overall service.

Claudia was so helpful and patient with us. I had my littles with me, and she took time and checked in on us during our meal. The food was well prepared, and we'll definitely be back. I loved that there was no waiting!

My boyfriend and I visited Chili's this evening at 9 PM (an hour before closing) and were promptly seated. Our waitress, Shaylee, who prefers to be called Shay, was incredibly attentive throughout our meal. She consistently checked in with us to ensure everything was satisfactory and to see if we required anything further. Her customer service was exceptional, and it was truly the best I have experienced in a considerable amount of time. Thank you, Miss Shaylee, for your outstanding service. I sincerely hope your manager acknowledges your hard work, as you are truly deserving of recognition.

The most disgusting burger/food I have ever been served. Burnt burger and cold fries. I cannot recommend to someone else or ever eat at this establishment again. First time and last time. What a first impression. The cook should be fired for serving such a horrid burnt burger. A charcoal briquettes would have been better tasting.

Everything was great except the mixed drinks. They were not terrible , but stronger than I prefer. I'm older now, I would prefer to buy two good tasting mixed drinks then one stronger drink.
