The girls giving out orders were loud and rude. Went to them with my problem for them Not giving us the correct portion size and they laughed and told me that’s all we’re getting. I then called store the manager wouldn’t do anything about it either didn’t even take a look at what I had got. Told me the general manager said that’s what we’re getting bc they had to many missing last month. Well as a manager my self that’s an inside problem and yall can not take from paying customers bc yall are eating the food and running up food cost. I will not be back again. I can’t say how many times I came in to fix my food and it wouldn’t get fixed. This time the fries were so hard we couldn’t eat them. Use to be a great place to get food however now I wouldn't waste your time are money. I ordered online and checked in when I got there waited 10 minutes before calling and asking if I needed to go in to pick up my order was told no we are sending someone out now waited another 10 minutes went inside no one was at the Togo Counter the girl threw my food in front of me and said there you go and went to walk away I saw my ice in my drink was already melted so I asked if I could get a different drink that wasn't watered down she rolled her eyes and said I'll have to charge you to another one I replied saying she could just refund my money and keep the food which she refused to do the soup wasn't full the buger looked like it had just been thrown in the Togo box the wings looked dry and everyth

Alexis is one of the best servers there she made sure the food was cooked to perfection. She also came back every few minutes to make sure everyone at my table was satisfied. I definitely recommend her to anyone who comes and eats here.

I like the restaurant, I never had a problem with eating at chili’s until today I ordered a burger and some fries? And my husband did too. As I was eating my burger I lost my appetite!!!!🤢🤢🤢 my burger was raw I took two bites and it was raw. So I called the server so he could take a look? And he told me that I had to ask to have my burger well done? I thought it was the other way around? If you wanted it raw you tell them you wanted it that way? So then I traded burgers with my husband and his burger was well done. He took a couple of bites of my burger and the burger was even more raw!!! My appetite just left? I won’t be ordering that anymore!!!!

Come eat here often, food is really good, beer cold, service is really great!!
