This business is completely unreliable and unprofessional. We booked their taco cart well in advance to serve over 60 people, including police officers, at a significant event. Everything was confirmed. We were ready. Guests were arriving. And then — just 30 minutes before the event — they called to cancel. No backup. No attempt to make it right. They left us completely stranded with hungry guests, no food, and no time to recover. This wasn’t a miscommunication or an honest mistake — it was gross negligence and a total disregard for their responsibilities and our event. If you’re planning something important and expect basic professionalism, DO NOT trust this company. They clearly cannot be counted on when it matters. Absolutely shameful behavior

I am part of a professional business. It is hard when some occasions aren’t in your control. The way that the 1 star reviewer described the bad review, yet you didn’t describe the whole story making it seem like Chilangos 305 Isn’t profesional based on your feelings about the situation. The owner of the food truck called me for help, worried because the truck broke down on his way there, the starter literally fell on the ground. We tried to fix it, and we couldn’t fix it on time. In my opinion, people need to have a form of responsibility to write a review, don’t just type with your feelings as leaving negative reviews affect more people than you think. you don’t know what that person has been going through, Simply my opinion, Show some respect !

amazing taco place. The Food, service, and just the quality of everything was so amazing, The tortillas were so fresh you can tell they were made by hand ! Truly the best Mexican food I have ever had ! Extremely recommend !!
