Chicken Shack Chesterfield

Used to love this place. Now today March 2026, DO NOT order from this place. It's not the same. Had no chicken tenders again, ribs were so tough which surprised me because they usually fall off the bone. Potatoes cold and greasy. The owner needs to either fix the nasty building and parking lot or rebuild. The standards are shown in the food and service. I've been a loyal customer since 2012, and have watched it seriously decline. Won't be back for your $40 meals. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Stopped in and got a mixed plate of ribs and chicken. It was a great meal but a little dry with no sauces. I wish I would’ve had some sauce or ranch,

Cole slaw was soup ,chicken was cooked in way way dirty grease or something just nasty and the potatoes were soggy nothing like my normal order from scs…. they are not even trying here 66$ wasted

Got there at 12pm on Sunday the 18th of Jan. Women at the register was busy texting on her cell phone. Place needs a good deep cleaning and a lesson on customer service. Only reason I went there is because I had forgotten Chik Filet was closed on Sunday. Take some lessons on Chick Filet cleanliness and their customer service. Wont be back.

I came to the restaurant as an independent contractor the service was horrendous. There was no respect no greeting and the order was made late. Don’t eat here also the food is not good
