Chicken Salad Chick

I love the chicken salad menu. It has a lot of variety, huge menu. Does have dessert. Fountain soda. It has a very laid-back bright sunny and relaxing atmosphere. The employees are very helpful and polite. The food is fabulous. Definitely a five star.

Words truly cannot express how amazing my experience was here. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease—something that doesn’t always happen when you have a gluten allergy. The general manager was not only incredibly knowledgeable about gluten allergies, but also genuinely caring and attentive. There was a wonderful cooler stocked with prepackaged chicken salad in so many different flavors, and she immediately offered guidance on every single gluten‑free option available. What really touched me was how she went above and beyond—double‑checking what I had chosen, thoughtfully offering flavor recommendations based on my personal preference, and patiently answering every one of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Absolutely amazing...so clean and just the best customer service!!!! The young lady that took care of my order was amazing! It I stopped by a bit after 3pm today and I will care my special visit with me all day she was exceptional! Many blessings to thos location! #hugs n #peace great customer service go a long ways! Whoever makes the pasta salad at this location needs an immediate raise! It’s better than all of the other locations I’ve been to. Also, I frequent here quite often and have never had a bad experience!

Honestly, not what I expected. Folks were friendly, food arrived quickly. Don't know why there aren't more people sitting in the dining area. Low music, but enough to be heard. Food is what surprised me. Very tasty. Kudos.
