Chicken Salad Chick

We have always enjoyed this establishment, although our most recent visit did not meet the usual standard. I contacted customer service to address the issues we experienced, and I later received a return call from the owner, Melissa. I sincerely appreciate her professionalism in listening to my concerns, offering a genuine apology, and taking steps to make things right. I understand that mistakes can occur and certain details may occasionally be overlooked, but I felt it was important to bring the situation to their attention as a learning opportunity for the staff. Melissa’s prompt response and offer to replace the meal were greatly appreciated and reflect a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

I had a fantastic first visit to Chicken Salad Chick! They offer a variety of delicious chicken salad flavors with fun names like Fancy Nancy and Kickin’ Kay Lynn. I tried the Fancy Nancy with a side of broccoli salad, and both were absolutely delicious. The broccoli salad was sweet and amazing—I could easily have it again! The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially for a first-timer like me. They took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be back!

My UArk graduate chose to eat here “one last time”before leaving. She was happy to discover that there’s a Chicken Salad Chick in Winston-Salem, where she’ll be attending law school. We are always very happy with the food, the atmosphere, and the price.

Such a yummy place ! Not really a chicken salad person but I became one after eating this.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I had heard good things about it, but the visit was even better than I expected! The store was extremely clean and the service was exceptional. Tori went above and beyond to help me as a first-time customer. She explained everything about the food menu and how everything worked. The food was outstanding, and I will most definitely be recommending and coming back again.
