So excited that Chicken Salad Chick opened today in Cornelius, NC! I no longer have to drive to Concord to get my Chicken Salad Chick fix. There are many options available when it comes to purchasing the chicken salad and sides. Chicken salad is offered in both small and large containers and is served with crackers. You can also eat the chicken salad as a sandwich, which they make on a fresh croissant. The options are endless. There are numerous flavors of chicken salad from which to choose, the hard part is trying to decide which one to purchase. So happy this is here in Cornelius!! I got the BLT with classic Carol and my husband got the croissant with spicy KellyAnn. It was so so yummy. We also had the Mac and cheese. I can’t wait to try all flavors. Doing the “quick chick” will be perfect for lake / boat days!! Yum yum!
