Good consistent quality food and service. Lots of variety on chicken salad. Very nice customer service. Nothing outstanding about the taste or food, but for a quick easy lunch, this place is not bad. After hearing great things about Chicken Salad Chick, I had to try it and it did not disappoint! I got Classic Carol and Olivia’s Old South with grape salad and potato soup, and everything was flavorful and fresh. The meal came with plenty of crackers, a pickle, lettuce, and a cookie, and I also enjoyed the red velvet cake. The chicken salad reminded me of my grandmother’s. 10/10 — I’ll definitely be back!

I recently visited Chicken Salad Chick and walked away with mixed feelings. The parking situation was terrible, which made the visit a littlle frustrating right from the start. Once inside, the atmosphere was nothing extraordinary — it definitely has a typical deli-style vibe, clean and casual but not particularly memorable. I went in with high expectations because I’ve heard so many people rave about their chicken salad, but overall, it was just okay to me. I tried Fancy Nancy, Olivia’s Old South, and Kickin’ Kay Lynne. Each one had its own distinct flavor, but none really stood out as exceptional. They were fine, just not the “wow” experience I was expecting given the hype. I finally got a chance to check out the chicken salad chick. The cafe is casual and they have plenty of menus to peruse as you wait in line. I ordered 2 "the chick meals" and you can select from a scoop and a side or sandwich and side. I got the classic and Lauryn's lemon scoops and broccoli salad and chicken poblano soup. I like the Lauryn's lemon the best! The broccoli salad is also a great side. The staff was really friendly and fast. They have a health score of 100 too. If you have a go play save book, I recommend using a coupon. This is a casual chicken salad focused eatery and had lots of foot traffic!

The cashier couldnt have shown he hated his job more than the guy that took our order. I loved the angry look I got, after giving a 10% tip on a $24 TOGO order they didnt even walk out to me. They just called my name and i went to the counter and grabbed it. What am I tipping for? I gave $2.40 to someone. Maybe the manager because we didnt have a server. Why are you even asking me to tip, on an order I received no service from? But for the fact you charged me $10 each for 2 sandwiches only and 2 drinks. Then i guess you thought it was cute to include no tomato, no lettuce. Just bread and chicken salad. To the manager, its not a problem.
