Had a disappointing take out experience with Chicken Salad Chick about 3 years ago but I decided to give them another chance. I order the quart of chicken poblano soup all the time, even though it’s overpriced through Uber Eats, because I’m usually at work and it’s convenient. But this time I was really disappointed. I paid $22 for my usual soup and you all sent me nothing but liquid. There were no black beans, no substance—just broth. This is one of my go-to orders, so getting a watered-down version with missing ingredients was honestly frustrating and not what I expect after paying that much.

The Chick never disappoints. Always fresh and tasty, with a friendly staff and clean dining area. The Sassy Scotty is our go-to, but on this trip we tried the Barbie-Q. It was nicely subtle on the BBQ taste and perfect on toasted wheat and their buttery croissants. Keep up the good work!

this restaurant used to be one of my favorites but the past 3 times I’ve gone, they messed up my order. Like getting a cup instead of a bowl of soup, missing an entire scoop, and not toasting the sandwich. I think they may have changed employees because this never happened before and I’ve been dozens of times. now, it’s every time I go here. I let them know, but I don’t think they care very much because it keeps happening.

We've been coming to the Bufford location across the street from the Mall of Georgia for a few years. We've had the jalapeño, Buffalo, and signature chicken salad scoops. We also like the croissant chicken salad sandwich. The broccoli salad side is very tasty, crisp, and fresh. The restaurant is always clean. The service is always great. Our son loves the cookie that comes with your meal.
