⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Always Consistent, Always Delicious!** 🥗✨ VETS ALERT they offer Veterans discount too! I have been eating at Chicken Salad Chick for years—ever since they first started—and they never miss! I normally grab a kid’s meal because it comes with a perfect half sandwich, but lately, I’ve been ordering the whole meal just so I can save the other half for later in the day or even the next day. When I tell you this food is so good, y'all, just try it! 😋 It’s so funny because I kept telling my husband and my dad, "Hey, y'all really need to try this!" We finally went to the Augusta location, and as soon as my dad finished, he said, "It’s good, I have to come back." I told him, "I’ve been trying to tell you!" Now my husband sees the signs and commercials everywhere and says he never noticed

I tried this place through catering and had to go try the real restaurant. I got the chicken salad melt with the grape salad and it was great. My sister got the chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad and a scoop of Dixie chick on the side. My son got a spicy pimento cheese BLT and he enjoyed it. And we ordered a trio just to try even more flavors. The crispiness of the croissant melt was the very best. They actually mixed up one of my scoops and gave me the wrong one so I didn't get to try the one with the pineapple so I was sad. We ordered chips and it was perfect. Our least favorite was the pasta salad and our most favorite was the grape salad. The cake did not taste like white chocolate and it was okay.

I’m extremely disappointed in the experience I had during my most recent visit. I’m a frequent customer, so this interaction was especially frustrating. One employee, Naji, was abrupt and confrontational. Instead of resolving a simple issue regarding how I was rung up versus what my daughter requested, she repeatedly argued with me and spoke in a dismissive, disrespectful manner. Her tone and behavior were inappropriate and felt like she was attempting to assert authority rather than provide customer service. This interaction does not reflect the CSC brand or the standard of professionalism I’ve consistently experienced here. Came into this location recently and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was. The cashier Erica was very helpful and recommended me the potato soup, which has become my go-to! Erica and the rest of the staff were polite and welcoming. This location isn’t very close to me but next time I’m in the area I will definitely be back.
