Had a very good experience here! Considering its "Your Healthy Fast Food" and as such a fast food restaurant, it was still nonetheless a very nice restaurant considering. Being in the hospitality industry myself as a Wedding and Event DJ, I pay even more attention to friendly, helpful service like I got from Bridget and Claudia. Thank you! Much appreciated. Only thing I feel could've been better was the food temperature, but the portion size is a great value given the affordable prices. Also, there was no background music playing which would've added to the experience (maybe there was an issue with the music system this visit?). I understand charging extra for additional chicken skin if someone wants more. What I don’t agree with is charging for the skin that naturally comes with the chicken portion I’m already ordering. Skin is part of the chicken, not an add-on. Removing it by default and then charging to include it feels unnecessary and misleading. Food was fine, but this policy alone is frustrating.

We order regularly from here. Never disappoints. Compared to what you get for the amount you pay, it’s better than most other fast food eateries. Likely healthier too.

Shrinkflation arrived to Doral Chicken Kitchen. They give you one chicken breast for a large bowl, when before a chicken breast came with the small size. Additionally, the chicken skin is a DOLLAR more with NO disclosure. They rather throw it away than give it for free. Doral, other chicken kitchen locations are not as stingy. For the $16 I paid, I could’ve had a massive steak meal at a Latin American place instead of this average food.

The chimichurri sauce is amazing here. I’ve never had it freshly made before and it’s such a difference. Can’t wait to come back.
