The food itself is okay, but the portions feel extremely unbalanced. The bowl is overwhelmingly rice, with very little beans and minimal toppings mixed in. Even a conservative 2:1 rice to topping ratio would improve it, but what’s served feels closer to 4:1, making it mostly rice filler. I believe the toppings are being stretched to cut costs, which hurts value and experience. I can count 26 beans in a mixed bowl. You should NOT be able to count the beans in Mexican "Rice and Beans" and as a Central American I can confirm: Mamá would not approve.

I love eating here and the food is amazing! However, when I place online orders, I never get what I ordered. My usual order is a original chop chop with finely chopped chicken , and a Cuban chop chop with finely chopped chicken. When I pick up my food and then go back to work to eat my Cuban chop chop doesn’t have lettuce, tomatoes, or beans! The chicken is not finely chopped and the same for the original chop chop. This has happened more than 5 times already and honestly I’m writing this now because it’s just unacceptable for me to spend my hard earned money and not get what I paid for. I hope they can better this issue in the future. I spoke with Mailyn on the phone when I called the store to let her know the situation and she was very nice and helpful and apologized for the inconvenienc

Easily the worst chicken kitchen location I have ever been to. The ratio of protein they give is so small and gets smaller each time while the prices seem to only get higher. This is the only location I have ever been to that charges extra for giving skin which belongs on the chicken I’m already paying for as is? They also charge me extra for curry sauce and the curry sauce I was given was spoiled rotten and disgusting. Mind you I had to PAY for this. This place is ran by the greediest money hungry people who do not care about food quality or fair portions. Notice how the responses to reviews are only given to positive reviews all negative reviews are ignored LOL this place is a joke and food inspectors need to be called

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a large “Make Your Own Chop Chop,” expecting a balanced bowl, but what I received was about 80% rice and barely 20% chicken — if that. When I politely asked if a bit more chicken could be added, I was told it would cost an extra $5. Seriously? At that point, I was too tired and hungry to argue, so I just paid and left — but honestly, it felt like I was being shortchanged. For the price and the portion advertised, I expected much better. I don’t mind paying for quality, but I do mind feeling like I’m being taken advantage of.

Chicken Kitchen is hands down one of our favorite spots. The food is always incredibly delicious and fresh—you can tell they put so much care into every dish. Everything we’ve tried has been amazing!😊 The place has a super cozy and welcoming vibe, perfect for picking up your meal or even enjoying it there. It feels like a homemade meal without the hassle of doing the dishes. The service is also top-notch! Everyone is so friendly, and I have to give a special shoutout to Nailin—she’s simply the best. Always smiling, attentive, and makes the experience even better.🙏😁💛 If you’re looking for fresh, tasty food and excellent service, Chicken Kitchen is the way to go. Highly recommend it!🤗😋
