Chicken Express

The manager is an absolute gem. He handled my issues with grace and class. I ordered a drink with easy ice through the drive through. I got home and my cup was almost completely full of ice. I usually would let it slide. Today I called up there all hot because this happens a lot at most fast food joints and I’m sick of it. The manager quickly de-escalated the situation and while still on the phone with me, he spoke with the staff about how much ice they put in the drinks. I don’t leave reviews often and I know this seems like a silly thing but he was completely respectful although I did not start out that way and I am beyond impressed with the way he dealt with my issue. I may be upset with my 8 ozs. of powerade in my 32 oz. cup but the manager made me feel heard, understood, and immediate

This is THE BEST Chicken E ever! It takes me back to the 90's when I would go by for tenders because they were the best! I have stopped going to this franchise because the chicken always taste like old grease. But I was driving through and really wanted chicken. I hadn't visited this one before. This location is above the rest in the area. Their chicken tastes fresh unlike the others. And I visited late in the evening. The service was great! The girl was genuinely nice. And their tea was great as well. I'm in Springtown often so this will be my new chicken place.

Food is always great however I didn’t receive part of my order and there is no way to get a refund.

Normally, my family and I would get some good food. My wife’s chicken livers were almost warm. Her mac&cheese was “grainy”. My chicken tenders are moist. Fried pickles and corn nuggets hot and fresh. Well, I guess it wasn’t my day to get good food. Chicken tenders-dry, luke warm at best. Fried pickles-fried to death. Could’ve struck a match on them! Corn nuggets-barely warm! The biscuit was the best part sad, considering “chicken” is on the sign out front!

I normally don't get anything from here, other than sweet tea (because I don't eat meat) but I was hungry so I ordered some fries, okra, and mashed potatoes with gravy. When he handed me the box, I asked if they put the gravy in there. He said it was already in with the potatoes. I said I didn't realize it came like that; I assumed it would be separate. He offered to fix it for me and I thought that was sweet of him to do that. Got home and opened the box and saw that there was gravy all over the side of the gravy container. As I reached in to pick it up, the lid came off and gravy went everywhere! Ugh! Fine, whatever, I'll just eat it like that! Turns out, all the food was inedible even smothered in gravy! The fries were way too salty, and the okra was hard and greasy. The mashed potatoes
