Chicken Express

Everything was not good. Mac and cheese is not even recognizable! The cheese sticks are basically bread cause they over cooked them and they exploded in the fryer. The pickles were so overcooked cooked it was like eating a potato chip. The only thing good was the tenders because I asked for those fresh. All in all, not a good experience!!!!!!! Very disappointed to know every single chicken express I’ve ever been to is absolutely trash!!!!! Old Chicken Express location was always the best so this is very disheartening!!!!! I’m going to bush’s Chicken next time!!!!

I was so excited to have a chicken express back in town but I just left there disappointed not only was my chicken nothing but small pieces of strips but also very dry. Not fresh. Mashed potatoes were hardly in cup mostly gravy.

I ordered fried okra and French fries. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in old oil and the young lady working the drive thru window was rude. I was excited to have Chicken Express back in Bridgeport, but the experience was very disappointing.

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru. Unfriendly employees. Oder was wrong got 3 Chicken stripe size of my thumb. Mashed potatoes I didn't order water down drink. Potatoes look like been sitting out for hours and cold..i got screwed. Will not be returning even it was free. Will not recommend to anyone

I came in to eat at Bridgeport chicken express after a bad experience I had in Decatur location. The food was great, and hot like I like it. Drinks were great! Location was clean. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is to my surprise that when I was eating I see the same lady that I saw at Decatur location also working here in Bridgeport. The same thin older lady with glasses. The same lady that just seemed rude and handed me greasy food, burnt okra and a flat drink. Besides that lady every other younger female staff were friendly and they DID greet me with a smile and took my order in a proper manner. Maybe the older lady should learn from the younger females!
