B Port Doughnuts

This place is AMAZING! I needed a custom donut order for a glow back to school dance. The donut shops in Decatur would not provide me the custom colors I needed and wanted to charge quite a bit more for what they did have. I called B Port and they said they could do multiple colors with the sprinkles that I gave them. The results were amazing!!!

I have always enjoyed stopping here when I wanted doughnuts. But today when I stopped it was not the normal owners. The 2 ladies that were there did help me. The doughnuts were bland heavy not even cake like which they normally are. So very disappointing.

Their plain donuts are ok. But their apple fritters were underwhelming, flat, and edges were way overcooked. Staff were friendly, but probably won’t go again. We love a good apple fritter and these were not good.

We love coming to this donut shop, The food is delicious, and the staff is wonderful! They always take the time to make our kids feel special, and often they will gift the kids a little something extra 🙂. We love supporting this great local shop!

Best customer service I've had in a long time. Bought a strawberry milk that was still in date but had very much expired they were so nice and apologetic, overly apologetic. We know milk is tricky and it isn't their fault but they handled the situation so very well. They made a customer for life🥰 Pictures is the donut they gave us to apologize for the bad milk plus they gave us an apple juice
