Chicken Bar is a solid neighborhood Peruvian spot in Gaithersburg, MD. I’ve been here a couple of times and the experience has been consistently good. The food is flavorful, well prepared, and hits those classic Peruvian comfort notes without trying to be fancy. Prices are reasonable, portions are fair, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. It’s the kind of place you can come back to without thinking twice. Overall, a reliable Peruvian restaurant with good food, good service, and solid value. Definitely worth a visit.

Best lomo saltado in Gaithersburg! I order their yuca frita, lomo saltado, and maracuya drink and it was amazing! My go to for carry out or dine in :) super kind and welcoming definitely recommend!

If you want authentic Peruvian food I recommend this restaurant. The staff people are friendly and very professional at what they do. I love all their food here especially chicken noodle soup. I have visited Peru before I have to say the chicken and the steak , its like there. Very Tasty. If you want to bring your family to this restaurant I will recommend this place very Delicious food.

The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the food. While a comfortable amount of food, there were no leftovers. I've had Peruvian food many times and found it to be consistent with restaurants that offer similar choices. If you live near Gaithersburg, and like Peruvian food, the Chicken Bar is a decent option.
