Laura Chambers provided truly outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for your patience and for taking the time to print out the ingredient lists for us—it meant a lot. As we shared, our child has celiac disease and requires extra care, and being able to clearly review ingredients gave us great peace of mind. We were also thrilled to learn that Chick-fil-A offers a gluten-free bun. That kind of attention to dietary needs makes a real difference for families like ours. store was ridiculously busy, but it only took four minutes to get my order. My drink was initially wrong and Jackson swiftly corrected it with a great attitude 10 out of 10 Customer Service.

Service was fine and it was a nice place but I ordered the 12 chocolate fudge brownies for Valentine’s Day and had to leave immediately because we are going on a road trip and didn’t open them until several exits away unfortunately I paid for 12 but only got 5.

The food is good and they're always friendly. So it's not their fault that the manager is ordering cheap supplies. I ordered food for family- about 5-6 folks, so the order was large, and mostly hot. By the time I got home (which is only 7 or 8 minutes away- the lid to my iced coffee was popped completely off so coffee was spilled all over inside the bag. (I put all the food and drinks *Drinks in a 2 spot holder* inside an Insulated reusable tote bag to keep food warm/cold) about half the coffee was still left so I dealt with that. But when I went to lift out the large paper bag they had put EIGHT biscuits in (along with sides) everything fell thru the bottom and all the rest of my food got completely covered in coffee. It was a nightmare and had to throw the bag out, that I bought. My fam

I live very close to this location, and my family frequently grabs it for lunch, so I have a pretty good image of their service over time. We CONSISTENTLY have missing items in our order despite doing mobile orders each time ensuring that they know exactly what we want. At this point it is frankly ridiculous and is the most inconsistent chick fil a location I have ever visited. Something needs done to address this issue before I consider changing my 1 star rating.
