Chick-fil-A

Placed an allergy order around 9pm on January 3rd. I made the allergy very clear. I made specific and repeated requests that my food and bag be handled with fresh gloves and by as few people as possible, taken from kitchen straight to the window by the same person to minimize any risks of cross-contamination. Also requested it be bagged separately from my spouse’s food to avoid cross-contact from that. Was repeatedly assured with the usual Chick-fil-a scripted niceties, “of course, our pleasure, happy to do that for you” that my allergy requests could be handled. Watched three people handling my food during the bagging process—none of them were wearing gloves. Didn’t observe any special care taken with my food. Saw ungloved and likely not recently washed hands that had been touching all m

Drove through for lunch, double lines were both long and was worried it would take forever. Their process is excellent. Staff was friendly, energetic, quick, efficient, correct order and professional. Payment is easy and they recheck everything. Shoutout to Natalie whose smile and kindness was very welcoming. Highly recommended.

I love the food product sold here. However, everytime I'm in town and I buy a breakfast product it's lukewarm or cold. One of my favorite drive-thru breakfasts and I don't really enjoy it when I'm here. Breakfast burritos and the 4 pack minis. This is the only location I've ever had this problem. It's consistent.

You have to try this! Today I (Very unfortunately, I realise) tasted Chick-fil-a for the first time. I have avoided them as a fast food restaurant. But I have been wrong. This is really excellent food! There is a nice selection of food and beverages - this time I just had a sandwich and no beverage - but next time I will try the milkshake or the lemonade. I had the SPICY Deluxe Sandwich. I had it to go - and was ready 2-3 minutes after ordering. The staff was great - polite, professional and attentive. Definitely I have to taste this again.

This Chick FIL-A location is a newer restaurant. It is easier to enter and exit the parking lot and enter the building. They have a larger outdoor patio dining area that is well shaded during the evenings. This is a nice Chick FIL-A. The service is fast, friendly and courteous. So far, they've gotten our orders accurate. We've eaten here a dozen or so times since it's opening, over a year ago. This location also has a roomier dining room, as well as, a large table for a large group.
