Clean , well run, efficient location. Food was freshly made for me. I ordered on the app, food was delivered to my table.

Excellent and high quality chick fil a restaurant. The chicken sandwich was one of the best I've had from any chick fil a. The drive thru gets lines but it moves quick enough to be acceptable. Staff are friendly.

Awful in-store experience around 7:45pm on Friday, 1/23. I was waiting at the pickup counter for quite a while, and one of the employees (young Hispanic kid) packed my order, brought it to the counter, left it on the counter, and just walked away without acknowledging my presence. A few minutes later, a different employee came to assist me, and handed me the order that the other kid left there. So to be clear, I was continuing to stand there waiting for my order, while it was just sitting there getting cold. I’ve been at chick-fil-a enough times to know that these employees are supposed to call out the names of the orders when there are people standing there waiting. Our visit was extremely disappointing. The employee who took our order gave us something completely different from what we asked for. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich but was given a spicy one, which I cannot eat due to medical reasons. I also asked for a Coke Zero and received a Diet Coke instead. Even the coffee tasted off—almost like toothpaste—and didn’t taste like coffee at all. We didn’t have time to drive back and get the order corrected because we were already running late. Overall, nothing we bought was what we ordered or something we could actually eat.

I waited 20 minutes for a strawberry shake!! Only when an employee looked at me holding my receipt with lazy eyes only ask me what my order was did they start to make it. She explained how they were waiting for the rest of the order but I only ordered 1 shake. No apology,no concern or consideration. Definitely not coming back here again. I waited 20 minutes for them to call my name only to never happen.
