Chick-fil-A

This is the WORST establishment I have ever been to. The employees do not care about their jobs. If you submit a mobile order through that app they dont even acknowledge you or get your food. You just stand there until you say something or they try to run into the back when the regular order in customers are gone. They will let about 10 people stand there to pick up their mobile orders and still ignore them completely, laughing and joking and standing around when the dine in customers are gone. When you do say something, their manager, Paulo, acts like a spoiled child. Claiming “You people think you can come in here and order us around” Again, I waited 10 minutes to pick up a mobile order. Not a grub hub, uber eats, or door dash driver. A mobile order I submitted 40 minutes before hand. A

Update 8/19/25 there has been a significant drop in service with my past two visits & now I decided to Update. I ordered 2 sandwiches and fries at 1145an inside then sat down. After 15 minutes I brought the table sign to the front & my food has been sitting there getting cold which also happened in July. The register attendant was solo and didn't even respond to me when I asked for my food just handed it over. That is why I choose chick-fil-a over other fast food options, so my family & I can have a better, friendlier experience. It was still very clean, with an employee actively wiping tables. The drive thru appeared congested but please do not allow this drop in dining experience. Favorite Chick-fil-A! Always clean dining room and always friendly service.

Placed a catering order for 70 people. Ordered four large sandwich platters (16 halves in each) received four medium platters (12 halves in each). Called the store several times with no one answering, so I called the woman who delivered our order. She returned 30 minutes later with our missing twelve halves and upon opening the platter, the sandwiches and all the insides were scattered all over the platter. I gave three stars because she did return with the rest of our order, but that should have never happened. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for catering.

You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A — the food is always reliable. However, the signature ‘my pleasure’ level of service that the brand is known for in the South seems to be missing here. I hope management can step it up to match that same standard.

Haven't had many bad experiences at ChickFilA in other locations but this one wasn't good at all. Service not friendly. Bun was slightly stale. Fries didn't even fill the container and were barely warm. No napkins in the drive through bag which ruins trying to enjoy the meal. On the bright side, for my fries, they gave me 5 BBQ sauces. What were they thinking? I wouldn't notice the missing napkins if they overloaded me on sauce?
