The staff was so friendly and very patient with our indecisiveness. There store was extremely clean. The beverage area was also well organized and stocked. Besides are amazing Steak Number 9 and Chicken Number 9 the pizza looked amazing. The staff : Dylon & Arabella are definitely the best. Best Customer Service in All of Boston. Made our trip to Massachusetts even the more better.

I can’t say enough about our server zoraia. She was so kind and absolutely provided the best service. This sounds funny seeing that we were at a highway rest stop but she honestly was AMAZING and should be highly appreciated! Thank you zoraia!!!!

Great service. Don't usually expect great service at a rest area food spot but Zoraia was an absolute pleasure to work with and helpful when placing my order. Great Steak and Cheese as well.

This papa Gino's was closed but they were taking Uber eats orders. They didn't put on Uber eats that it's closed. When I go there, they have put a note to go to a different address 3.5 miles away and pick up the order. I go to that address, and it's a car shop. No pizza place anywhere near here. It has caused me so much inconvenience. I had to drive so much. And at the end, just had to cancel the order. Wasting people's time and money and gas.

Had a couple slices of a freshly made Chicken Bacon Ranch. DELICIOUS!! Was helped by Sophia who was spot on!! She was really polite and knew her stuff. Also loved her hair!!!
