Chick-fil-A

This location has amazing workers, had the delight of ordering my food with Marianne. She had a great smile, and was very attentive. Forgot to order my shake, got back in line and this time I dealt with Julie O, also a delight. Dealing with these young ladies made my day. Apparently I missed the deadline for the peach shake, so I got me a cookies and cream shake, amazing. In my opinion, chick fil a makes some of the best shakes. The young lady recommend the new pretzel spicy sandwich, and I must admit, this sandwich blew my mind. My only gripe with this place, is the lack of parking and no indoor seating. Also, those drive thru lines are huge. They recommended that I order ahead through the app and I believe I will do that going forward. Bathrooms are located on the side of the building. T

First time ever at Chick-fil-A and was pleasantly surprised , we all enjoyed are meals, Can you please open a store in Cairns, Queensland-Australia 😀😀

Good fresh food but bad service. First time ordering at the drive thru. Ordered 2 regular meal at the drive thru but eating in the car. I was told that they cannot refill the drinks in the other serving window so I ordered a large drink with light ice. They gave us a drink full of ice to the brim and it was very disappointing as we got nothing but a few sips from the cup. We were very nice and it was just a normal order but why would they fill the cup with ice and no drinks at all. I am not sure if this is retaliation for just ordering with light ice or because we requested well done fries that they cannot make. It is mind boggling.

Been multiple times food is good normal chick fil a but they often forget sauce and the straw for my order. The past 3 times, one through drive thru, and two mobile orders and the each time they’ve forgotten sauce (with it on receipt) and this time forgot straws for all my drinks.

Danny took my order. What a pleasure, he has excellent customer interaction skills. So polite and a great smile that felt genuine. We got our food quickly. It was hot and yummy. The cost for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries was $22. I feel the cost was reasonable for these days. My rating is 4 stars because there is no indoor seating so we took our food home.
