I’ve lived in the area for 2 years and it’s clear that the operators have done a lot of work to turn service and quality around at this location. The new staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. And they never forget to wish me a blessed day. But always remember to check your bag before leaving, even God‘s favorites can forget an item or two.

Disgusting literally found eggs, larva eggs on my salad on my sandwich sitting out clearest day and they still put it on my sandwich and try to give it to me. Disgusting place needs to be shut down. How is it your fixing someone sandwich and don’t see it and it clear as day is what I ask the Manager. Who ever was handling the food needs to be fired. Since most people would say it may not be there sandwiches so I included the manager in the picture. What are your team doing in the back where they don’t notices this. This is completely unacceptable!!! And disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The chicken in my sandwich was drenched in oil — not crispy, just greasy and heavy. The fries were the same: soggy and soaked through with oil. The bun looked and felt like it had been oil-pressed, making the entire sandwich unappetizing. The produce didn’t help. The tomato was chewy, wrinkled, and clearly not fresh. The lettuce looked like it had been through a rough day — bruised, limp, and even smelled off. Honestly, it was one of the worst fast food meals I’ve had in a long time. Quality and freshness felt like they were completely forgotten. Hoping this was just a bad day, but it left a really bad impression... I won't be back to this location.

This particular Chick-fil-A has the worst customer service of any of their locations. I can tolerate that if the food is good, but now they don't even have that going for them. The frosted coffee has been undrinkable for 3 days now. I even tried to contact management and was lied to. I cannot tell you the number of times I've had questionable things like plastic or other unidentifiable items in my food. If you want further proof, look at the countless other reviews showing bug larve, plastic, and hair in the food items. If you can avoid this location, I recommend going to another CFA, because this one is not good.
