Chick-fil-A

Consistently forgets to include their sauces in the bag. We get the cool wraps and spicy chicken wraps and every time they leave off the creamy salsa or the ranch and to be honest we eat the wraps because they’re healthier, but they really don’t taste that great with nothing to put on them because they’re dry as all get out. So please, find some way to QC the product before leaving the window to ensure the sauces are in there. I recommend pulling out a wrap and eating it with nothing on it and you’ll see how important it is to include your ever so tasty creamy salsa and ranch dressing. Maybe it’s first world problems, but it’s kind of frustrating when you drive 20 miles past there to get home just to find out that you’re missing something. Yes….i know. Not impressed with this location. Service is slow and I’ve currently been waiting in the drive thru for 10+ mins for a $10 order and it’s like this everytime I come here. Chick fil a is supposed to have higher standard when it comes to their QUICK SERVICE.

12 Sep ‘24 5:45 pm mobile order. $12.47. The first pic is what I ordered from website and also expected to receive, the next pics is what I received. Big difference! Also ordered large waffle fries and Diet Coke. The waffle fries were crispy hot and delicious. Received a regular coke instead of diet. The sandwich was not good. The pimento cheese was runny and nowhere near the amount in the pic. Also my sandwich only had three pieces of jalapeño when compared to the pic there should have been much more. To top it all off the bread was soggy. The mobile order line worked very well.
