I have been to the Port Jefferson Chick-fil-A hundreds of times, and I can honestly say the experience has been consistently excellent every single time. That level of reliability is rare. The staff is always polite, friendly, and professional. On the few occasions when a sauce was missing from my mobile order, I simply asked and they gladly provided it with a smile. Every interaction feels respectful and efficient. The food quality is consistently fresh and well prepared. I especially love the breakfast spicy chicken biscuit sandwich. It is flavorful, perfectly balanced, and one of my favorite breakfast items. After a long day of work, ordered and paid for a spicy chicken deluxe at around 940pm, only to get home to see it was a chicken sandwich with no spicy cheese, lettuce, or tomato whatsoever. I wish that giving zero stars was an option. This was after it took extremely long for the food to come out.

I've been going to this location for 6 years and I refuse to go to any other. Food is always consistent, employees always kind and I never have to wait long thanks to the new mobile drive thru. I must say it was satisfying passing 30 cars in line and just going right thru to get my food in 5 minutes. QR code easy to scan and this is so much faster than regular drive thru.

I just went to the drive through. Both lights were green for both sides. Two cars on opposite side. the one car showed up after me. Both cars had there orders taken While I was ignored. I backed my car out and left. I won't be going back to that overpriced place again. Probably God's way of saying don't eat there crap food. Wish I could give less than 1 star

I don’t know what to say. This is disgusting, rude wasteful, and to be honest when everything cost so much money kind of messed up you gave me a bit chicken nugget and put it in my food. I don’t know how this place is open. Clear bite marks
