Chick-fil-A

I placed a curbside order for a Chick-fil-A sandwich after work and was left waiting an unreasonably long time, despite all of the curbside parking spots being completely empty. During that time, an employee clearly saw me waiting, made a face, and chose to ignore my order instead of assisting me. I eventually had to ask a delivery driver to check on my order, and he informed me that my sandwich had been sitting out long enough to become cold. He was kind enough to offer to replace it with a fresh one, which I appreciated. However, that does not excuse the lack of attention and professionalism from the staff. This Chick fil A restaurant is nicely decorated and super clean. There was a significant line to order inside but the line moved quickly because there were two cashiers taking orders from clients. Our food was ready really soon and we enjoyed our meals

I ordered through the Chick-fil-A mobile app for curbside pickup at the Palmhurst location. After a very long wait, my order was brought out, but I immediately noticed that two medium drinks were missing from an order that included seven drinks total. I called the store and was told the missing drinks would be brought out to me. After waiting an additional seven minutes with no follow-up, I had to get out of my car and go inside to ask for them myself.Once I arrived home, I called the store again to request the first name of the person I had spoken with in order to file an official complaint. Amazing experience! The food was delicious, but the service was even better! Miley was outstanding, so attentive and kind throughout our visit. Thank you, Miley, for making our meal extra special! We’ll definitely be back soon.
