Chick-fil-A

I have always loved Chickfila. Especially this location, as it is the closest to me! However, this was a very very very disappointing experience for me today. I was so excited to try the veggie wrap, seeing that it was new to the menu. I did not receive the creamy salsa dressing that was supposed to be included with my wrap. So sad. In addition to that…I ordered a sprite. I did not get sprite. I received a watered down coke that tasted like the coke needed to be replaced! Im very disappointing with my experience today.

I have been here a few times because the food and service are great. This is a very busy restaurant but the service level is like we were the only people there. Both lanes of the drive through were full but the cars were moving quickly. We went inside because we planned to do that in advance. There were several people ahead of us but the short line moved quickly. We had our orders placed within two minutes. Our food was promptly delivered to our table with a smile and energetic polite attitude. I think this restaurant opened about ten years ago but it looks new. They do an outstanding job maintaining this facility. The tables, chairs, floor, walls, and even the ceiling tiles all look like new. There wasn't even a fingerprint on the the windows. During my recent visit to Chick-fil-A, the restaurant was very busy and filled with people. It was one of those times when everyone seemed to be stopping in at once, which made it a little difficult to move around. Since I am legally blind, navigating through a crowded area can sometimes be challenging, and on this particular visit it took a little extra patience. Even though it was hectic, the staff still managed to greet everyone politely and work hard to keep things moving as quickly as possible. It did seem like they might have been a little understaffed that day, but the employees who were there did their best to stay friendly and helpful. Fantastic location! The staff were all so kind and even brought our food right out to us, WHICH I will add, looked like the picture on the menu!! Always the best experience.

Why is the spicy chicken smaller than my palm? This is a terrible sandwich if I’m being charged this much. I’m better off getting chicken nuggets instead
