Chick-fil-A

We dined in at the Dauphin St location in Mobile AL tonight. The food was fresh and tasted great. The workers were present and friendly. They were walking around making sure the place was clean. The whole atmosphere was 100% better than other fast food places.

Friday, February 6,2026, around 6:45pm. I ordered 5 meals, we received only 3 fries instead of 5. Three of our drinks which were Coke tasted like water, and the 2 spicy chicken sandwiches had a horrible cut of chicken(barely any). I called to speak to the manager and was told my name would be on a list and when I come back to the store (which I live 20 minutes from) I can get the two fries I paid for. Such a shame because I normally have great experience at this location.

Very clean and well maintained restaurant. The customer service was great (Thanks Mercedes)! My food came out hot and fresh. One of the best Chick-fil-A restaurants I have visited.

Fast and friendly. We grabbed lunch here on the way back from vacation. They do a great job like the other locations.
