Chick-fil-A

I had a mobile order for one meal that was ordered at 10am and was there right after. I did not end up receiving it until after 11.It should not take over an hour for one simple order that was through the app. Not only did it take that long, but I continuously saw people who came in after I was there get their order quicker.

Chick-fil-A is always clean and fast. The food and service are consistently amazing. The only thing I can really complain about is the drive-thru being so close to the road—it tends to back up and block oncoming traffic. Other than that, it’s a great experience every time. I’ve dealt with Nicole multiple times, and she is always great—friendly, helpful, and professional. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat.

Quick run through the drive through before closing time. The fries were not filled up, They were like medium sized fries in a large container. They rectified it after I showed them my half filled box. Also asked for a pickle pack and not only did I not get that, I also got no pickles on the sandwich. In the back of the store, workers had a large rock sitting near the door to prop it open. As they kept going In and out of the door, it was a total tripping hazard. A photo of it is uploaded

I eat at a few different CFAs in middle Georgia, and this one is definitely my least favorite. It’s not horrible, but some of the complaints I have are: Items left out of order, given wrong food, half filled large size fries(this happens a lot), order extra pickles and get none at all, the last time we were there they butchered my husband’s name, even though he spelled it for them because the guy looked at him crazy when he said his name was Juan. That particular worker(untavion) didn’t look like he really liked his job, so we didn’t take it personally.

The food was fine and met the quality of every other CFA. The service, however, does not meet CFA standards. I waited for a dine-in order for over fifteen minutes and had to finally go ask for it for them to make it. They have also left stuff out of my order multiple times in the drive-thru, and I have had to turn around and go get it. No issue with food or cleanliness, just the service could be a little better.
