Team member Natalie took my order around noon time and treated me with kindness and patience. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend this location! Food always comes out great and fast

I’ve never really had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A across the U.S., but this one in Mercedes felt a little off. The drive-thru was unusually slow, even though the line wasn’t too long. When I finally got to place my order at the intercom, the employee taking it called me “boss.” It wasn’t rude, just not the professional and courteous tone I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. There was also no “thank you” or “my pleasure,” which are part of the small details that make this brand stand out. The food itself was still fresh and tasty once I got it, but the overall experience didn’t match Chick-fil-A’s usual standard of efficiency and hospitality. Hopefully it was just a rough shift, because they usually do much better.

I was giving it a couple of trys because it was newly opened, but even now everytime i pickup food there it is always overcooked, and cold. Picture of today's order. I still ate it, because it's chik-fil-a and always has good flavor... but if there's one thing I can't stand it's cold food 😒 Please hurry and open back up Weslaco!!!

I got a spicy chicken sandwich on my way home. I bit into the sandwich, and it was not fully cooked 🤢 I called and spoke to a manager named Alexis. I explained to her the situation, and from her tone and response I could tell she couldn't care any less. She said I could go back and get another sandwich. Yeah right, I live in Weslaco. I'm not driving all the way back there. Plus, why would I want to eat anything from there after getting my food under cooked.

Placed an order on the app to have delivered, left a tip. Had to call to find out the delay, had no I for on my order, after speaking to 3rd person, was able to help. Order was oredered at 4:10, estimate time, 4:40. Did not receive order till 5:40pm. Asked if they could throw in some mints, no mints. Spent over $60 on this order, lack of urgency and customer service.
