I placed an order for a Toasted Italian Herb & Cheese Bread sandwich with Oven Roasted Turkey (hot) and light mayo .I was given Italian bread with cold meat and excessive mayo. When I politely brought this to the employees’ attention(A Guy With Glasses), instead of correcting the mistake, he and the manager became rude and disrespectful, even cussing at me and telling me to leave the store and never come back. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when I was simply asking for the order I had paid for to be made correctly. I have always enjoyed Subway, but this experience left me very disappointed and uncomfortable. I hope management will address this situation with the staff to ensure better customer service and professionalism in the future.

10/10 need a completely new staff down to their incompetent manager. Also food completely trash and taste expired. Fountain machine never work.

There is a guy with glasses, he just stares with a horrible face waiting for u to hurry and talks with an ugly attitude, when I asked what was available he didnt even want to talk and offer, since I wasnt able to see the meats, we walked out asap.. if he doesnt feel like working he should just quit and go home, its always the same horrible service with him. This happened around 5pm

Didn't have bread all they had was flat bread, no soups, and I had ordered online and the app didnt say anything. I also ordered the Gilmore cup and they were outta stock and wouldn't return my money for the $3 cup i bought. Im going to weslaco or la feria next time. So disappointed!!!!!!

Excellent customer service! Chris and Jennifer are the best sandwich makers in any mid valley location. Great place for a quick bite for lunch or dinner.
