If you love not receiving what you order this location is perfect for you! Back to back times they forgot a $7 item and refuse to compensate me. I have genuinely never received worse customer service anywhere in my life than at this restaurant. Don’t think ordering on the mobile app will help in fact whenever I use the mobile app thats usually when they brick my order.

Plenty of parking located near a shopping plaza. I ordered the chicken wrap with a side salad. My friends had the chicken sandwiches with waffle fries. The chicken wrap was ok. The salad was fresh. The Honey mustard dressing was very sweet. The chicken sandwiches were juicy and tender not dried out. The restaurant was very clean. Lots of staff all friendly and attentive. Plenty of condiments available. Which you don't really need because the staff give you all of that with your order. Some of the best customer service available for a fast food restaurant. Typical fast food.

Salad looked great on top. Guess I should have flipped it over before driving home. Disgusting.

I have shied away from this chain since they have opened in the Syracuse area, the long lines and staff out in the parking lots taking orders was a turn off for me. I had an extremely long day and needed lunch to get some energy to get through the day, I just couldn’t stand another poor quality chicken sandwich from fast food chains. I went out of my comfort zone and decided to try Chick-fil-A.I was pleasantly surprised only a few cars ahead of me in the double laned drive through. Staff was not outside taking orders which I was happy to see, I find that odd. I ordered the classic combo with a Diet Dr Pepper they took my name for order and the wait was less than five minutes to the window to pay and receive order. The service was fast and friendly. Chicken sandwiches are good. Waffle fries are excellent. You have to ask for everything you want such as salt, pepper, mayo, ketchup or napkins. Men's room was filthy with no paper towels and overflowing garbage.
