Chick-fil-A

I travel frequently and eat at a lot of Chick-fil-A restaurants around the country. This was the least satisfying one I have eaten at. I ordered a 12 count nugget meal. After getting my meal, the nuggets were very small. Two of the 12 were about the size of a penny. Typically Chick-fil-A hasn’t counted the very small pieces, and would make sure you have 12 normal sizes nuggets. Usually after one of these meals, I’m no longer hungry. With how small the pieces of chicken were, I need more food. For a $13 meal, I am very disappointed.

Fantastic location and friendly employees! They just completed a renovation and it's extremely impressive to say the least! The exterior has the two drive thru lanes that merge into one and the interior is gorgeous! Impressive layout and worthy of an interior visit! If not, the drive-thru moves quickly as busy as it is! The facility is extremely clean and there's always employees moving about cleaning each and every table area! There's also plenty of parking outside the building. The food was tasty and plentiful! We were impressed by the amount of food with each order and the food temperatures and flavors were impeccable! Not a complaint from us as we become regulars! drive thru was packed but it only took like 2 minutes to get my food which was nice, usually everything is perfect but this time my Mac and cheese was cold, and I ate my meal in the parking lot right after I got it so it wasn't because it cooled off, but you can tell it wasn't hot just by looking at it, pretty disappointing

Food was not hot. My wife called to see if there was a playground but what a disappointment it was when I got there to spend 30 min with our grandkids.

It's CFA. Obviously good food and service. But I need you guys to slow down in the drive thru. I got a sandwich meal, and a kids meal with an ice cream (in a dish because car). Simple enough order. I got it quick, but you forgot the drink for the kids meal and didn't give me a spoon to eat the ice cream so now my kid is thirsty, and doesn't have a way to eat the ice cream. Order accuracy > speed.
