Stopped by Chick-fil-A on a cold and windy day. James, Carter, and the whole crew at the drive thru absolutely went above and beyond. Despite the weather, they kept smiles on their faces and made every customer feel cared for despite the rush of cars. Their positive energy really stood out and made my visit so much better. I honestly wish I had brought more hand warmers for everyone they truly earned them! Hopefully next time I can come prepared and bring more. Big thanks to this team for keeping the Chick-fil-A spirit alive even in tough conditions. Warm hearts and great service all around!

I have had it with this chic fil a. I just want to let you know if I had a choice I would eat at a different chic fil a, but this is the one near my work. Every time I come here the servers are rude. But today was the most ridiculous management has ever been. I ordered 3 meals and was told I have to wait for my order by the counter. It kinda surprised me because they usually give you a marker. Anyway, I asked and cashier said I have to stand and wait for it cos they will not deliver my order to my table. I am just like that is odd.. hmmm. So I waited and waited and about 7 min I asked someone and said I have been waiting there for 5 min. He said that I should be thankful they did not let me wait for 10min. Like wow! That was so rude. I always hold Chick-fil-A to a high standard based on the customer experience. Chick-fil-A always seems to be so kind to their customers. However, today I had a bad experience with the employee name Sadie. She was just rude to me and very unpleasant. I stopped in right before work and it definitely altered my day.

We usually use the drive‑thru at this location but decided to go inside this time. After waiting for a minute, we walked up to Joe at the counter. Joe asked for our order, but then got distracted with the register and asked again. I gave my order and requested crispy fries. Joe told me that fries could not be modified. I explained that on several past visits the fries here have been cold and soft, and he simply said to bring them back up if that happened. His tone carried a bit of attitude, and honestly, many of the workers at this location seem disengaged from their jobs. When our food arrived, sure enough, the fries were cold and soft again. Drive through staff handed me frosted coffee’s completely leaking all over both cups. I had to pull over and wipe them all down after noticing it was getting on my seats. Please take the time to ensure a better handoff.
