I've been dining in here before work, around 6:30am for last three weeks consistently. This is by far the best Chick Filet location In the central florida area. The owner, and the staff are absolutely amazing people. The good food is a bonus. Thanks

Love this family oriented welcoming team that they have here at the Chick-fil-A I gather three times a week with my children an hour here and it’s a beautiful time very private very friendly service shout out to Shelley and also shout out to jazz for always keeping up the good work and being hands-on and very helpful with me and my children

They’re terrible like the worst chick fill A every. They don’t know how to take care of you even when they messed up. I had place an order for curbside pick up and so when I called to ask where’s my order , I was told that I only ordered a large fries which I didn’t and I was charged $10.14 for a deluxe sandwich and a large fries for my son that was sick. So since I had to go and running out of time to go get my other kids for school. I left without my order since they had it incorrectly so they told me to come back and ask to speak with a manager and that they’ll take care of me so 2 days later I came back since I couldn’t come right away I saw a manager I explained to her the situation so the option she gave me was to refund me or give me my order so I was like that’s what taking care of

This location on Lake Mary Blvd has really been a disappointment lately. The past 2 orders had something missing and Today I waited 30 minutes for 2 fountain drinks. Watched the entire drive thru clear, and it wasn’t until I got out of my car and walked to the window that they even realized my order was sitting there. People appreciate the sense of urgency and accuracy at Chick Fil A. When you lose that trust you lose business.

I did a same day platter order and pickup for my student's surprise birthday party! They were the best! It was hot and ready on time! Exceptional job. The manager Steven was awesome. Excellent service! 10 star location and atmosphere!
