BLENDS at Lake Mary

I’ve visited Blends multiple times morning, afternoon and evening. Every experience has been consistently wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with bright, welcoming smiles that truly make you feel valued as a customer. Every product I’ve tried has been delicious, from the shakes and donuts to the waffles and mega teas. No matter what you choose, you can expect quality and flavor in every item. My personal favorite is the Mega Tea. It gives me the perfect amount of caffeine to power through my day with my two little ones without feeling overwhelmed. It’s just the boost I need. Blends is the perfect cozy spot to sit down, relax, and enjoy a tea or shake. Highly recommend!

Stopped in this place to see what it was all about. I loved it because it was different and it offers healthy options. The owners are Aubrey and Roxy. Very warm and friendly people. He was a physical therapist and knows about health and knows how to blend foods and offer healthy options to his clients. I ordered a meal replacement smoothie with a Spirulina base and other fruits. It was high in protein. My husband ordered energizing tea made with Mango, lemons and other ingredients. They also offer protein donuts, waffles and Acal bowls. I can’t wait to try their protein coffees. Their prices are reasonable and serving size is generous.

i love this shop! stephen and his wife are the nicest people ever! i never leave without a smile on my face! The refreshers are the best and have so many benefits to them! Wednesdays and saturdays are for waffles! This shop is amazing and has amazing and healthy options for everyone! Highly recommend!

Just tried Blends for lunch today - had an açaí bowl and it was excellent! Fresh, delicious, and you can tell the owners are passionate about nutrition - it was also packed with protein, fiber, and probiotics! The owner was very kind and took the time to educate me on what was in the bowl and ensure I was good with all the ingredients, which was a lovely touch. I’ll definitely be back!
