Chick-fil-A

The cashier was a delight, My food was piping hot, and my sandwich had a slight perfume taste to it. I know they share tables in the mall. Hopefully, they change them. Some of the tables need repairing or replacing them. Good service overall I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal.

This was definitely not a normal Chick-fil-A experience. It took forever to get food, it was around 1:30 PM, so not even a lunch-rush. The employees looked miserable, and my interaction with two of them made me feel as if I was bothering them by ordering food. There was no positive energy or optimism by the staff.

this is the dumbest slowest most unprofessional chick fil a i have ever been to and i know it wasn’t a one time thing because i work near it and order food all the time. I could get married and have five kids before this place could cook my one order of hockey nuggets. i hope this company does something about it soon!

I have ordered the large fries today at the town center mall, it's not even filled to full. I guess it's the 4th or 5th time I am seeing this. The quantity is way less than what it has to be offered. Disappointed.

I cannot express how rude the staff is here and how long it takes to get any food, even with online ordering. Don't come here if you can avoid it
