Starbucks

I don't know what it is with this location but they just seem to not be able to make a Brown Sugar shaken Espresso. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to get my drink remade or complain on the Starbucks app for a refund this location is only a mile from my house so obviously it's the most convenient but I have literally driven way out of the way to go to a different Starbucks just to avoid the headache it's not a complicated drink I don't know why they just cannot make it right

The staff is very attentive overall and friendly. I have had this issue multiple times where I order light ice in my drink and someone is happy to scoop a bunch of ice without reading the label. Today was the first time I brought this manner to a staff member and all they said is something along the lines of “yeah that’s a lot of ice, sorry”. I was respectful and pointed out that the label did indeed say light ice and how it measures up to the grande refresher I ordered as well. This is lack of respect to the consumer dollar since it’s known that ice takes up volume and makes less room for the actual drink. It’s disrespectful to me to not be considerate that some people order to maximize their purchasing power. Hopefully, they take constructive criticism as a way to improve. Overall, I don

Writing this review as I sit in the drive through for over 10 minutes and still haven’t ordered. I try to never stop at this Starbucks location. The slowest service and cannot trust the the drinks will be made properly. They are usually made too sweet and need to be fixed which is even more wasted time. I’ve had to go back inside for them to fix an iced brown sugar shaken espresso and they still messed it up. It was horrible drink. Starbucks is expensive and I choose them bc it’s usually consistent and you can get it anywhere. But beware this location is not the one to stop at. I have been in a drive through line for 20 minutes. I’m the next car to the window and I just HOPE the drinks are made properly!!! This is a well managed location. The staff is always kind, helpful, welcoming and professional. The facility is always clean and neat.
