Chick-fil-A

My mother and I came in Monday. She’s elderly and was unsure of what to get. The lady at the register was so kind with her and made suggestions. While we were enjoying our meal, the same lady came to our table as well as all others to check on us to see how we were doing and asking we needed refills on our drinks. This was my first visit to this location and now our new favorite. We will definitely be back!

The service was slow today. I've been to this location two other times and it's always slow. I arrived in line at 833 didn't get my food until 847. I only payed attention to the time initially because I had started a text thread when pulled in to order. There may have been five cars in front of me. Two cars in the mobile app line. When I moved up to the pick up window. The three cars behind was given their food first. Unlike the other locations I visit. They run the lines quickly.

What an absolute disaster of a Chick fil A. We preordered catering, arrived to pick up, and I didn't see a single employee approach the dine in or take out counters for almost 12 minutes. There were elderly people, women with children, people trying to get to work just trying to get something to eat. Everyone stayed in the kitchen area and didn't acknowledge anyone. I finally flagged someone down and was then reprimanded for not telling them sooner I was there to pick up the catering order. I have never had such a horrible experience at a fast food establishment let alone a CFA in my life. The company should remove the franchise owner from ownership immediately.

I had a great experience here today. Dalton was super attentive and really put a smile on my face when I placed my order. The food came out quick and it was delicious! Great first time experience at this location, will definitely be back!

Twice now the evening crew has been unprofessional and rude. During the day, this location is up to par with Chik-fil-a standards but as soon as it’s night, it feels like a McDonald’s. Long wait times, no communication, just terrible.
