I had a fantastic experience at the drive-through today thanks to Brandon! It was 106° outside, yet he walked up to my car with a big smile and genuine eagerness to serve. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. As a small business owner, I truly appreciate seeing young men like Brandon working hard and setting such a great example. Chick-fil-A clearly has a winner on their team. Thank you, Brandon, for going above and beyond!

This has to be my worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Let’s first start with that they don’t say my pleasure when I tell them to. And what kind of drivers eat here? You could say they need more handicap spots! People can’t even park right anymore! The only good thing about this place is my boy Miles he hooked us up right. Or should I say wrong? This place is everything I never wanted. Can we talk about the discrimination of this place. I am a gay homosexual that doesn’t take disrespect. The way the workers were looking at me when I talked, made me feel very uncomfortable. And let’s talk about the sauces! They gave me two sauces for three grown men. While eating my grilled nuggets, I thought about going back to Taco Bell. it actually feels like home at Taco Bell.

Unfortunately I run into issues at this chicfila more often than not. I can pretty much always count on them to forget something in my order, which at least I can submit something and get it refunded on my app. However tonight we went through the drive thru and the girl taking our order started having a full on conversation with her coworker while we were in the middle of ordering. Asking her coworker to get her an ice cream cup and carried on the convo about who knows what. I’ve experienced poor customer service but that was on a different level. I don’t think she planned on stopping either, considering we had to interrupt her conversation to continue our order. I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Queen creek location after that.

The new pretzel club chicken sandwich was made good by the crispy, smoky bacon and soft pretzel bun. Try the new cherry lemonade too.
