Chick-fil-A

By far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve have ever gone to. I ordered two bowls of chicken soup, chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and a couple of sweet treats. When I pulled up, they couldn’t make the sweet treats which they gave me a card to come back and get one at another day, they never replaced my drinks that they said that they were going to replace. Just handed me my bag and said have a great day. When I got home, the soup was so messy coming down the side of the bowls that it went through the bottom of the bag, and when I went to pick up the bag, it fell apart all in the front of my car!! Not to mention all over my purse! Which is not a cheap purse! Oh, and they forgot to give me all the sauces I asked for. Quick food for travelers on I-75 at Forsyth. The quality is consistent at every location. Arrived around 3PM for no wait for ordering or delivery of our food. The food was fresh and tasty.

Very nice Chick-fil-A. I loved that they had a place to put back any sauce you didn't use. They did give us plenty of sauces with our to-go order. We were just passing through so we went inside instead of the drive through. Very quick and fast service.

I deleted my first bad review from months back for multiple reasons, mainly because I thought you had improved. This morning I ordered a bacon egg n cheese biscuit and received an English muffin instead (after waiting 25 minutes) which I hate 😑 **** Edit **** thank you Mr Jones for making it right! This is why Chick-fil-A is the best!

This is the FIRST time I've ever given less than 5 stars to any Chick-fil-A I've visited since reviews could be left on Google. Sad to say, but not only were the waffle fries so hard I could barely eat them, and cold enough to think they were from the day before, but the sandwich was way below Chick-fil-A standards. Lesson learned: Don't go to this one in Forsyth if it's after lunch time (my wife and I were there at 2:30 PM)....
