Customer Reviews
Massive numbers of cars in the drive-thru but due to their unique 2-lane in person car-side ordering and delivery we got our large order in 5 minutes. Everyone is friendly and truly caring. It was FUN going through the process because the staff was so personable. Great tasting food including the waffle fries. Glad that we have Chick-Fiol-A in Foley!
Latasha is absolutely so kind and sweet her customer service is top tier — dare I say the best in Baldwin county!!! Always smiling and helpful. Food is always consistent and tasty; the place is clean! Thank you Chick-fil-A!!!
This was my first time and I was disappointed with the wrap. My husband had the california and he was a bit disappointed as well. The wrap had a piece of lettuce and a breath of chicken and just a light spring of cheese. The wrap itself was good, not your usual heavy flour wrap. I was disappointed in the amount of chicken in it. The staff were fantastic, the inside was very clean and they have a great place for kids to play. The flavor is created by the sauce you choose. They also have 2 types of buns and they also offer breakfast.
I honestly don't think their signature fried chicken sandwich is anything to write home about, and I'm not sure why this place has such a loyal following. The dripping sauces all have the same mass-manufactured soybean oil heavy flavor that I don't care for. The last time I dined inside, the first table I sat at was dirty, which was very uncharacteristic for the brand. They, like many other fast food outlets, no longer offer trays for dining in, which stinks. On a subsequent visit things were better but then the employees weren't really friendly at all, which is unlike this place. The last visit was also disappointing because both their sweet tea and their waffles fries were straight up bad. Very uncharacteristic of this chain! But it's not all bad. The limited menu means you won't wait
Love the food service is great parking lot layout is not good at all
