Chick-fil-A Flamingo & Valley View

Had 2 orders and forgot most of our Condiments in the drive thru. Food was luke warm. Hashbrowns hardly looked cooked.

It was my first time ever trying Chick-fil-A, and I wasn’t disappointed. The service was very friendly and pleasant, even though it took us a long time to decide what to order. We had to ask a few questions because we weren’t familiar with the ordering process. The burgers we had were very good too. Thanks for the great experience and delicious food!

5 pm Monday. Empty. Literally empty. Ordered my food, she added an order of fries I didn’t ask for. No biggie. Pay, sit. Get up a minute later to get some ketchup. 6 people behind the counter talking, socializing and avoiding eye contact with me. Have to LITERALLY wait for the cashier to get out of the bathroom to ask her for ketchup. This is why fast food workers deserve less.

I normally go to one in Henderson and I always ask for my sandwich to be cut in half due to my surgery with both hands and I struggle with holding things. I’ve never been told no they couldn’t do it but this location said no not only didn’t they say no they said to do it myself with a knife . If that was the case I would’ve asked them to do it for me. You never know when someone has a disability and might not be able to such a thing a little gesture and help can go a long way.
